Mary Swan has over 20 years of insurance and financial services experience, most recently 18 years as an audit supervisor and principal audit reviewer. Her work as an audit supervisor has made her an expert in audit review and the rules of auditing in the New England states. She has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sue Elithorpe has 35 years of insurance experience with an exclusive focus on premium auditing over the past nine years. Her work history includes 20 years in corporate insurance as a Regional Manager which afforded her the opportunity to work with multiple departments to gain valuable overall risk management knowledge and skills in the commercial insurance field. She has a Bachelor of Science Management/Math from Plymouth State University, CPCU designation, INS, AIS and active Adjusters license.
